Owner Operator
Philip Malinovskiy is an expert in residential roofing. Since 2010, Philip has been involved in the Greater Detroit and Ann Arbor roofing scene.
Throughout that time, Philip developed expertise and experience in a variety of roofing styles including asphalt shingles, designer shingles, standing seam metal roofing, and single and dual ply flat roofing.
Over the last 14 years, Philip has installed and managed over 10 million dollars worth of work in the area.
In addition to the hands-on and financial experience in roofing, Philip has a passion for safety — for both his workers and his customers. With Gable Roofing and Sheetmetal, you will see the exceptional use of safety harnesses, helmets, and other equipment to protect the people and things most important to us.
